Referral Program — Terms & Conditions

1. Overview

The Referral Program (the "Program") lets a registered user of CrackAnyExam.in (a "Referrer") share a personal referral link. When a person who signs up through that link (a "Referred User") makes an actual paid purchase of a Company product, cash rewards are earned as set out below. Rewards are paid only on completed paid purchases — never for merely signing someone up.

2. Eligibility

1. You are at least 18 years of age.
2. You are a resident of India with a valid Indian UPI ID capable of receiving payouts.
3. You have a verified CrackAnyExam.in account with a valid email and mobile number.
4. You have read, understood, and accepted these Terms.

Employees, contractors, and immediate family of the Company are not eligible.

3. Reward structure

When your Referred User completes a paid purchase, a commission pot of up to 10% of the amount actually paid (net of taxes and payment-gateway fees) is distributed across the referral chain that led to that purchase. The person who directly referred the buyer receives the largest share; earlier referrers in the chain may receive a smaller share of the same pot. The total paid across the entire chain for any single purchase never exceeds the configured percentage (currently 10%).

3.1 No self-referral

You may not refer yourself, an account you control, or a person acting on your behalf. Fake accounts, bots, or gaming the referral counter are prohibited (see §6).

4. Payout terms

• Hold period: earned commissions are held for 30 days before becoming eligible for payout (to allow for cancellations — see §5).
• Frequency: eligible earnings are approved and paid out around the end of each month.
• Minimum payout: ₹10. Balances below the threshold roll forward.
• Method: UPI transfer to the payout UPI ID you register in your dashboard. You are responsible for keeping it current.
• Currency: Indian Rupees only.
• Tax: you are solely responsible for any tax on rewards earned; provide a valid PAN where TDS applies.

5. Cancellations & subscription policy

Subscriptions are for a minimum of 1 month and are non-refundable. If a Referred User's purchase is cancelled before the corresponding commission has been paid out, the still-pending commission for that purchase is cancelled and the Referrer is notified. Because payouts occur only at month-end after the 30-day hold, a cancellation is handled before any money is disbursed. Discretionary exceptions are handled by customer support.

6. Prohibited conduct

You must not:

1. Use spam email/SMS/WhatsApp broadcasts or bulk-messaging tools to distribute your link.
2. Make false claims about the Company, its products, income potential, or partnership status.
3. Run paid ads that name-squat or misrepresent Company trademarks.
4. Create fake accounts, use bots, or otherwise game the referral counter.
5. Present the Program as a "get rich", investment, or guaranteed-income opportunity.
6. Continue promoting your link to anyone who has asked you to stop.

Violation may result in forfeiture of pending rewards, suspension, and — in serious cases — termination and recovery of amounts already paid.

7. No income guarantee

Nothing here is a representation, guarantee, or forecast of any income. Your earnings depend entirely on whether Referred Users choose to buy Company products.

8. Changes & termination

• We may modify reward percentages, caps, or these Terms; material changes take effect after notice via email or in-app notification.
• We may terminate the Program on reasonable notice; accrued but unpaid rewards earned before termination remain payable.
• We may terminate your participation for a violation of these Terms, in which case forfeited rewards are not paid.

9. Data & privacy

Enrolment involves storing your name, payout UPI, PAN (where applicable), and referral activity, governed by our Privacy Policy. By accepting these Terms you consent to that processing.

10. Grievances

For any complaint regarding the Program, contact our support team via the Support page or email contact@prakritvi.com. We aim to acknowledge within 3 business days and resolve within 30 days.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gurugram, Haryana.
